Make sure it's running native

  1. 01Open eM Client, then press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
  2. 02On the Details page, right-click a column header, choose Select columns, and tick Architecture.
  3. 03Find its process. ARM64 means native. x64 means you have the emulated build, so reinstall it from the link above.

Yes. eM Client publishes an official ARM64 build. Some compatibility testing still reports it running emulated, so we’re re-checking it.
